Piggy Back barns were perfection in themselves, location to village, Fakenham, coast, situation within the group of buildings, cleanliness & the facilities on offer. If you want any more, I certainly don't know where you'd find it!

Barns sleeping large numbers. Very quiet and well equipped. Bedrooms all en suite. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Fantastic value.

Attended a fitness retreat at this place. It was an excellent and rewarding week. Nice peaceful area for walking or just communing with nature. Feel so relaxed now.

We stayed in Moat Lodge recently for a long weekend for a family get together - we could not have chosen a more wonderful venue. This property is stunning, very private, and a definite 5* retreat. The attention to detail in the layout and furnishings in this very spacious property is amazing; the owners have put much thought into ensuring the entire accommodation is faultless; luxury is standard throughout. We loved our time here and will definitely look to return next year - and the introduction to Archangel gin was an unexpected bonus!

Good but some niggles. Good accommodation with well proportioned bedrooms, but it was too warm indoors when we visited in summer months and flies and wasps were a constant frustration for when you wanted to eat or prepare food. Location was great and made it easy to get out and see Norfolk

we go to Norfolk every year with our 3 dogs for a week . stay in a different place each year . this was by far the best place we have stayed so far . barn was lovely , clean and well equipped throughout. was within a lovely setting on a large farm, so you can walk the Dogs for miles . we had a great week away and have booked again for 2022 . thank you for a lovely stay .

An amazing week staying at Moat Lodge for the second time for a family holiday, three generations. A big thank you to the Piggyback Barns team! A special mention to Erica who went above and beyond for us. Would definitely come for a third visit, and would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing place, lots of space, very quite and a well equipped set of cottages which cater most peoples needs. Perfect for those that want to get away for a while. The cottages are well maintained, furnished and kitchens are well equipped too. The baths and sinks don't have mixer taps and house can get quite warm, so may need to turn the heating down. We didn't get to use the games room (due to covid restrictions) but it's a great place for some games outside, runs, walks and biking. Lots of parking. The WiFi isn't great, but will allow for the basics. Great place, will be looking to go back sometime.

Clean enough rooms with lovely amenities. I took 2 points off because their Internet access was almost non existent and I couldn't get online to do my work. The surrounding are adequate and clean.

The Moat Lodge that I stayed in for a long weekend was beautiful, it had everything you could want, plus lots of space, gadgets and highly finished. The views were straight across some of their farm land and it was so quiet. Would definitely consider going back!
