Booked a return trip for an evening out. Both taxis arrived before time and couldn’t fault the service.

Booked a taxi to take us to Snettisham from RAF West Raynham and return, driver took us along back roads at break neck speed and went the longest route possible, as a result a half hour journey took 45 minutes and we were charged £54 each way!

Steve at the call centre and all the drivers are fantastic, friendly, efficient quick service, nothing more you could want from a fantastic taxi firm.

Great service, very punctual, the driver was friendly and professional and the car was clean and tidy.

I'm very sad to write this review. We had booked Tiny's Taxi for a shuttle service for our wedding to transport over 50 guests from a rural location. We pre-paid in advance to make it easy for our guests and even had a board printed outside the venue with the pre-booked taxi times. I had made it very clear about the numbers and created the schedule based on what they recommended. I even emailed two weeks up to the wedding to check that it would definitely be optimal and also put in email a note to make sure that no one would be stranded (we would of course had paid extra if the shuttle had to overrun). I had asked them multiple times if this was optimal for what we required. They reassured me it was and then took payment over the phone. They ended up letting us down, with two taxis never completing the service and the second taxi not fulfilling all the times/ trips. He was very rude on the evening when we asked if he could come back to help some of our stranded guests. We had many guests stranded. We ended up having to rely on Dereham taxi service (thank you Silver) who luckily helped us out. As well as some guests who could drive - who stepped in as make shift taxis. It was a very stressful end to our wedding day. My husband was on the phone to the taxi company who just said there was nothing they could do. The man Steven on the night shift was very apologetic and even sent a follow email and call on the evening. However, I sent a follow up to management and received no compensation for our pre-booked service that wasn't fulfilled or an apology. I waited a week and then today have spoken to Mike Griffin who took zero responsibility for the mis-management on the evening. It's very disappointing that a company could mess up so drastically on the evening of a wedding and not do anything to make up for the stress/ strain of not fulfilling an agreement (an agreement which was communicated multiple times in writing). If you are looking for a reliable and honest taxi service, I would sadly recommend not using this company. Look elsewhere :( They are unreliable and unfortunately not very kind or honest people. Every other supplier we had on our wedding day was phenomenal. I like to support small businesses and it's not pleasant to have to write a bad review. But I wanted to write this review to share our experience and to make sure that no one else gets in the situation we were in.

We got stuck in wells after the car park locked us in. They managed to drive us back to Norwich at 10pm which was lifesaving. Great service.

We needed a taxi to transport my dad in his wheelchair to a last minute hospital appointment and then home again. The drivers were both in good time, really friendly and looked after dad well. Will definitely use them again when we don't have access to use the ambulance transfer service.

Tinys have provided taxis to me for 3 years for school runs for my children after I moved out of their catchment school area. They were the only company that supported my regular need for block bookings, have been helpful, supportive and reliable throughout whilst also providing the best value for money. I cannot recommend them highly enough and thank them all for the amazing service they have provided to me and my children.

I booked one taxi to do two back to back trips which I thought would be very simple and straightforward. I called the day before to confirm. One for the groom and best man then to return to take myself and my Matron of honour to our wedding. The journey was from Burnham Market to Holkham Hall and return. The driver was 20 minutes late collecting me. Why the driver wasn’t informed about the consecutive booking is beyond me. Tiny’s knew it was a wedding service. A little more communication to their drivers would be helpful.
